At 360 Follow Ups, we're committed to providing a fair and transparent billing experience. This Refund Policy explains how our subscriptions and cancellations work, and under what circumstances refunds may be considered.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 15-Day Free Trial
- We offer a 100% free trial for 15 days with full access to all features.
- No credit card required
- No hidden conditions
- Cancel anytime during the trial, and you will not be charged
- The trial is intended to let you explore our platform risk-free.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual)
- Once your trial ends and you choose a subscription:
- All payments are non-refundable
- Charges apply immediately after the trial expires unless you cancel
- No refunds will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or plan downgrades
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard to stop future billing
3. Exceptional Cases
We understand that rare exceptions may occur. We may issue a full or partial refund under the following situations:
- You were accidentally charged after canceling
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle
- A major system outage or bug made the platform unusable for extended periods
If you believe you're eligible for a refund under these exceptions, please email billing@360followups.com within 7 days of the charge. All requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.
4. Plan Changes
- Upgrading your plan: The new rate is applied immediately; the unused portion of your current cycle is prorated
- Downgrading your plan: The new rate starts in your next billing cycle; no refunds for the current period
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway.
